03At a glance: what happens to your data?

04Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted on a server operated by Logiphys Datensysteme GmbH itself. Each time a page is accessed, the server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, the page or file requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser type, version and operating system.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and reliably and in detecting and preventing attacks. Log files are deleted after 14 days unless they are needed to investigate a security incident. They are not combined with other data sources.

05Encryption

This website uses TLS encryption, recognisable by “https://” and the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar. Data you submit via our forms therefore cannot be read by third parties.

06Contact form, trade-fair discount registration and whitepaper request

On l1ne.eu you can send us an enquiry via the contact form, register for the trade-fair discount or request our whitepaper. In doing so, we process the details you enter in the respective form: first and last name, company, email address, your message and your request (information material, callback, quotation). We process your phone number and preferred time only if you request a callback; the number of machines and your address only if you request a quotation. In addition, we store the selected language, the page from which the form was submitted, the time and your IP address.

The purpose of processing is to handle your enquiry, prepare a quotation or provide the whitepaper, and to answer follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and otherwise our legitimate interest in handling enquiries addressed to us effectively (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The IP address and time serve to protect against misuse and to document consent given (Art. 7(1) GDPR).

Your details are transmitted by email to our mailboxes at Logiphys Datensysteme GmbH. For transporting these emails we use the email security service of Hornetsecurity GmbH, Am Listholze 78, 30177 Hanover, Germany, as a processor; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place and processing takes place in data centres within the EU. To protect against automated spam submissions we use a hidden form field and a timing check; no external captcha service is used.

The data remains with us until your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no follow-up questions are to be expected, but no longer than two years after the last contact, unless a contract is concluded or statutory retention periods require longer storage.

07Marketing contact by email and phone

We only inform you by email or phone about L1NE, suitable offers, promotions and trade-fair dates if you have given us separate consent to do so, for example via the corresponding checkbox in our forms. Consent is voluntary; your enquiry, trade-fair discount or whitepaper do not depend on it.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 7(2) no. 2 of the German Act against Unfair Competition (UWG). To document your consent we store its wording, the time and your IP address (Art. 7(1) GDPR).

Withdrawal: You can withdraw your consent at any time without giving reasons, with effect for the future, informally by email to info@logiphys.de, by phone on +49 7161 158 12-0 or with a short reply to one of our emails. After withdrawal we will no longer contact you for marketing purposes and will delete the data stored for this purpose unless another legal basis for its storage exists. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.

Within the limits permitted by law (Section 7(3) UWG) we send existing customers information about similar products and services on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object to this at any time (Art. 21(2) GDPR) in the same way as for withdrawal.

08Cookie notice, Google Tag Manager and Google services

When you visit l1ne.eu, no cookies are set and no analytics or advertising services are loaded without your consent. Our cookie notice lets you decide whether to allow audience and ad measurement (“Accept all”) or not (“Essential only”).

Only if you choose “Accept all” do we load Google Tag Manager from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles; it controls the following services: Google Analytics 4 for statistical analysis of how our website is used (page views, time on site, approximate location, device used) and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether visitors who reached us via a Google ad sent an enquiry. Cookies are set and information is stored on or read from your device; Google also processes your truncated IP address and identifiers of your browser. We use Google Consent Mode v2: without your consent, no signals are transmitted to Google. We also use Google Ads remarketing: visitors to l1ne.eu may be shown ads for L1NE on Google and on partner websites; for this purpose Google creates a pseudonymous audience list that does not allow you to be identified directly.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). Google may also process data on servers in the USA. Transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, and on the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses. A data processing agreement is in place with Google. User and event data stored in Google Analytics is deleted after 14 months. Further information: Google privacy policy, Google Ads data processing, settings for personalised advertising.

Changing or withdrawing consent: We store your choice in your browser for six months (local storage entry “l1ne_consent”; no cookie, no transmission to us). You can change your decision at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the home page. After withdrawal no further data is sent to Google; you can delete Google cookies already set in your browser.

09Local storage without tracking

To operate the website we store two entries in your browser’s local storage: the language you selected (“l1ne-lang”) and your decision in the cookie notice (“l1ne_consent”). Both entries are technically necessary to remember your choices, contain no personal data and are not transmitted to us or to third parties (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete them at any time via your browser settings.

10Fonts, videos and downloads

All fonts, images and videos on this website are stored on our own server. No Google Fonts, no YouTube or Vimeo videos and no other third-party content are loaded. You can download the brochures (PDF) without providing any data; only the server log entry described above is created.

12Retention and disclosure

Unless a more specific period is stated in this policy, we store your data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. It is then deleted unless statutory retention periods (in particular under commercial and tax law) prevent this.

We do not pass your data on to third parties, in particular not for advertising purposes. Exceptions are the processors named in this policy (email transport, Google services subject to consent) and cases in which we are legally obliged to disclose data. No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.

13Your rights

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:

To exercise your rights, an email to info@logiphys.de or a call to +49 7161 158 12-0 is sufficient. You may also contact our data protection officer.

Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the EU member state of your residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for us is: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg (State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg), Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany, www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de.

14Changes to this privacy policy

We update this policy whenever data processing on l1ne.eu changes, for example through new features or services. The version published here applies. Last updated: 8 September 2026.
